I Am Legend.

In Will Smith's last release I Am Legend, Will Smith plays a lone survivor (Robert Neville) of a deadly virus caused from the vaccine for the cure of cancer. His quest is to find the cure for this virus by any means necessary and in the end he ends up sacrificing himself to save the vaccine from the mutants.
Later in his quest Robert meets two new characters. Anna (played by Alice Braga) and her son Ethan (Charlie Tahan). These characters urge Robert to join them on the trip to the colony of survivors but he refuses, saying that he must find the cure and needs the infected to do so. At the end the infected people find his home and them, chasing them into his laboratory to find the cure worked on the infected, bringing her back to life. Robert hands the cure to Anna telling her and Ethan to hide in the small enclave while he distracted the mutants, thus leading to his demise.

Robert Neville personifies the definition of hero, one who sacrifices themselves for the good of others. This movie really seemed to affect me and made me think of how one man can save millions of others.

Blog about Blogging

Blogging has become a tool to make your voice heard in society. You can post your ideas and no matter what your age, you will have your voice heard. The idea of blogging is to be able to spread political, social, and economical views to people you may not even know. This tool is used around the world but to me i do not like using it.
Personally i believe blogging has not really affected me as a writer because it does not focus on the writing itself, it focuses more on the ideas and opinions, and how you can support those ideas and opinions. I dont think i will keep using blogs after this unit ends because i do not believe that i have much important to say. Everything i would be putting on a blog someone else already has and probably has enforced much more than i have, leading me to have no real need to speak about it.
Blogging can help you meet people that share the same ideas as you. Say you blog about Women's Rights. If someone sees the blog that also believes in women's rights they may comment on how you are right and can lead to what many people call an "E-Ship" internet friendship. Blogging to me has not affected my outlooks on any other people i know by reading their blogs. The relationships should not be affected by someone's blog but by how good of a friend they are.
The media is a government created story building technique that lets the public view the small part of the truth that has been leaked out to us. Media affects the world very much for it gives us our views on the government, our fashion senses, our cultures, and our beliefs that we hold so dear to us.
Blogging has not affected my outlook on the media because basically what anyone else has to say is wrong. It itself is not wrong but to me it is wrong. My outlook is the only one that i will adhere to. There are no limitations to blogging because they are not government monitored. Certain blogs reach the news from being so strong and rich with language but the common blog is rarely viewed or talked about, being obscured to the average society of non bloggers.
Blogging is a good way to make your voice heard but for the most part my voice is heard as much as i want it to be. I do not need people to comment on me to tell me im right or wrong because i know that im right and that they are wrong.

Sean Bell Murder

The Sean Bell murder took place on November 25, 2006 in New York City. 50 bullets were fired at Sean Bell and his friends from Cops thinking that he was a criminal. Sean Bell's two other friends were injured in the barrage.
The case was dismissed as "an accident" and the officers were free to go. Bell sold Cocaine to undercover cops and lead to part of his record, leading to the murder.
When leaving the club they were in the police overheard one of Bell's friends saying "yo, get my gun and kill that dumb white bitch" leading them to believe they were the murderers. An attorney for the Bell family said in response to the report, "No matter what his blood-alcohol level was, he's a victim."
The case may have been dismissed but it is still talked about to this day.

EElectorial Polictics

Electorial Politics is mainly just gossip and popularity. If you think about it, its alot like in high school. You have to be made of the right stuff, have to believe a certain thing, and most of all have to be likeable.
Alot of the media is from the internet. Almost every Video that is talked about on news shows is from youtube and most of the youtube videos are about right or wrong, or the "unveiling" of the upcoming president's (or current president's) personal life or personal mistakes.
Why should we persecute them for what they are? They are human too aren't they? I understand that we want the best person for our country but not many people vote anymore for who will be best for the country, instead they vote for the person as a person. This makes it a popularity contest instead of a competence contest which it should be.

Lets start this blog off on a good note. I hate blogs. My voice is always heard. End of story. The trick is MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD DUMBASS! Just think of it. Your voice wont be heard unless you make it be, and yes you are very bored of this blog because its like every other one you look at which is some guy ranting about how much they hate how the world is but decides to sit in his mom's basement eating potatoe chips and posting comments on some random blog website. Why are you reading this blog? Because either you have no life just like the basement virgin i talked about, OR your in creative writing class and are being forced to read it.

I was asked "well maybe you werent listened to when you were a child?" OF COURSE I WASNT! why should i of been? the only time that qualified as me being right was that charizard was ALWAYS better than squirtle. Why listen to a kindergardener? They're always wrong and even i knew that.

All in all i told you this blog sucked but you read is anyways. Dont read this blog obviously means that it either sucks, is giving you a virus as you speak, or is a weird way to advertise for someone to read it. You have gotten a virus and it does suck.
